Serafeim Katsikas

Serafeim Katsikas, Co-Founder and CTO at METIS Cyberspace Technology SA., is a senior electrical engineer with estensive experience in the design and development of innovative solutions in multiple technological fields such as medical, space, defense and automation. He has played a key role in more than 30 collaborative research programs and has been BoD member in several technical associations. Having significant expertise on smart devices and wireles networks, during the last ten years, he has been focusing on applying new technologies like IoT, Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Green Energy solutions in the field of Maritime and Waterborne transportation.
