Demetris Anastassiou

Demetris Anastassiou has more than 10 years of engineering and business experience in expanding the AI and Computer Vision market limits. He received his diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics in 2009 from the University of Patras, Greece, specializing on Image and Signal Processing and focusing on Computer Vision, applied Machine Learning, Embedded Programming, and 3D Geometry. Onboarding the Vision AI SW leader Irida Labs early on, he has acquired hands-on expertise in all things related to innovative Vision AI technology products, ranging from high-level algorithm prototyping and platform specific bare-metal implementations all the way to establishing technological partnerships and leading product strategies. In 2019 he joined the growth department of Irida Labs, and is currently leading the Product Growth team.
